Order Processing & Shipping Schedule

To guarantee freshness and avoid weekend shipping delays, all orders are shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays.

Orders placed Monday through Sunday will ship the following Monday or Tuesday.
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

All perishable orders are shipped via FedEx using insulated packaging with dry ice or gel packs.
This ensures your beef stays fresh during transit.

Shipping Rates

Shipping is always free within the lower 48 states.

Delivery Timeline

Most orders arrive within 1–3 business days after shipment, depending on your location.
Delivery dates are estimates and may be impacted by carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we currently ship only within the continental United States.
We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, delayed beyond safe consumption, or incorrect, please contact us at [email protected] within 24 hours of delivery. While we do not accept returns, we will review each situation and work with you to make it right.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses.
