With a quarter beef order, you will receive 100 lbs of premium packaged beef. Each order will be made up of an estimated assortment of the following: 

• 25% Steaks – A selection from Filet, Ribeye, New York Strip, Sirloin Cap, Bavette Steak, Skirt Steak, Flat Iron, Top Sirloin, or Flank Steak
• 35% Savory Cuts & Roasts – A selection from Chuck Roast, Tri-Tip Roast, boneless short ribs, or Eye of Round Roast

Receiving Your Beef:

• Once your beef is paid for it will ship out on the following Monday. If you need flexible shipping dates, please reach out to us using the contact information provided on our website.

• Your beef will come in approximately 2 easy-to-handle boxes.
